Guerrero is a state on Mexico's Pacific coast. The resort city of Acapulco, set on a large bay backed by high-rises and the Sierra Madre del Sur mountains.
It’s known for its high-energy nightlife and beaches along Acapulco Bay and the Acapulco Diamante area.

From the renowned beaches of Acapulco and Ixtapa to the silversmiths of Taxco, Guerrero is known as a mecca for ocean-loving tourists and sports fisherman. The main economic drivers in the state's central valley region are agriculture and livestock breeding.
A total of 64% of people in Guerrero live in poverty, and 23% live in extreme poverty

Since most water ways and rivers in Guerrero are polluted, access to clean water is very scarce, especially since Coca Cola has control of the clean water.
The Catholic Religion plays a main part in the development of the current situation in Guerrero (and Mexico in general) due to its historical role of oppressing the native cultures and ransacking the natural resources as well as a way to enforce cheap labour. Due to these factors, the country suffers from corruption at all levels (Social, Government, etc) and has developed a general dependency in the society on taking advantage of any situation.

Education
"Every day, 5,000 students in Mexico dropout of school for good. For children who stop going to school, it not only limits their academic growth, but also reduces opportunities to build successful and lucrative careers and go on to lead healthy and fulfilling adult lives. Ensuring that citizens have the opportunity for education can be a solution to overcome poverty."
With proper education, people can learn skills and techniques to improve the quality of life on their communities that otherwise are dependant on government projects that will likely fall short due to the corruption issue, this will help them to become self sufficient and rely on what their own land provides for them and their families. This will bring benefits of tourism, better quality of food and water and reconnect the communities with their environment.

By improving the quality of education, people rely less based on their religion and more on critical thinking
