Change can lead to retaining a positive edge and help a company to remain relevant. Change encourages innovation, skill development, more opportunities and better staff morale (McCollough, 2022) 
Today, in almost every sector, change within an organization is inevitable and often frequent (Chobanov, 2022).

Organizational change can be defined as “the movement from one state of affairs to another.” (University of Minnesota, 2010, para. 1) and may involve a change in:

How an employee behaves, makes decisions, and responds emotionally is important to the success of the organization, especially in times of change (McShane et al., 2021).
