Nuri Enterprise is a food manufacturing and distributing company. We are known for our Nureys Rojak sauce. Nuri Enterprise is a halal certified company and it is presented in all the products with Halal logo. The Nuri Rojak sauce comes in a very safe and secure packaging which is a glass container which is also air tight. The container is filled with all healthy and delicious ingredients. This product is in peninsular Malaysia but it is exported to many overseas countries.

This product was released in the year 2000 at a very reasonable price so all of our targeted customers can enjoy the delicious Nureys Rojak Sauce. It was priced at RM7 per bottle and 1 bottle weighs around 230gm. In this modern era, not only can you purchase our Nurley Rojak Sauce from big supermarkets like Aeon, Giant and Tesco, you can also purchase it online through platforms like Shopee and Lazada.

Exporting Production In The Current Year

As early as 1989 until today, our products have been available in Malaysia’s leading hypermarkets such as Giant, Cold Storage, Tesco, and Aeon Big (previously Carrefour), as well as other retail stores throughout Malaysia. NURI products have also been exported to other countries such as Dubai, Ireland, Mauritius and Brunei. For the love of Halal and quality, our loyal consumers have continuously supported our products which contributes towards our sustainability in the market throughout the years.

History Of Product

Rojak in Malay means mixed. Similar to the dish because this dish is made by mixing vegetables and fruits of your choice, drizzled with a unique dressing which is made from comprising shrimp paste mixed with lime and sugar to create a sweet and sour combination.

Production process
1. Toast a piece of dried shrimp paste on a dry pan at medium heat until fragrant.
2. Crush the toasted shrimp paste with a mortar and pestle.
3. Put all the ingredients in the pan.
4. Add sweet sauce (200 ML), add dark soy sauce (75 ML), add shrimp paste (2 TBSP), add sugar (150G), add toasted dried shrimp paste (25G)
5. Cook over low medium heat.
6. Add tamarind juice.
7. Cook until this consistency is obtained.
