Learn the tools needed to help handle stress and anxiety in a healthy way, through various physical activities that increase strength and flexibility.
This class is open to 11th AND 12th graders!
Yoga Elective
Body Toning
Crossfit/ Weightlifting
Spinning
Yoga & Meditation for Beginners
Project Adventure Games
Fitness Walking
Volleyball
Advanced Yoga & Meditation 
Lifeguard Elective
American Red Cross Lifeguard Class
Certification valid for 2 years
Upon completion candidates will be certified in Lifeguard Training, CPR, First Aid and AED
Candidates must complete a 300 yard swimming pre-test to enroll
Living on Long Island, this class is the key to having the best summer job around!

Class costs hundreds of dollars outside of school!
Project Adventure
This class promotes teamwork problem solving, goal setting and risk taking.
Students will strive to step out of their "comfort zone" and into their "stretch zone" through activities such as:
trust activities
climbing indoor and outdoor elements
problem solving
ice breakers
trust falls
We will work together as a team to achieve common goals!
Take this class, and together ... we will CLIMB these steps to success!!
Sports Elective
Offered to all seniors
Learn individual and team sports concepts such as teamwork, cooperation and communication
Football
Includes sports such as:
Badminton
Volleyball
Tennis
There will also be opportunities to participate in backyard games such as cornhole, Kan Jam and Spikeball!
