Upon logging into Therap you will land on your DASHBOARD page.

From your Therap dashboard you can access everything you will need when documenting in on individuals in Therap.

Should you ever feel lost in the system click on  dashboard link at the top of any screen and your best friend will reappear.

To Do - On Your Dashboard your to do list will always located on the top left.

This is where all of the ISP Data programs will be listed that you need to review, acknowledge and sign off on.

You simple click on the blue link to see the document that you need to review, acknowledge and sign off on.

We are going to work our way down the left side of your dashboard.

There are multiple ways to access the same data in Therap.

You can locate specific information on each individual several different ways depending on the button you click

Individual & Health tabs allow you to fully access information on an individual by completing a search by catagory and name.

We prefer using  the Individual Home Page tab which pulls up information  specific to one individual, using just  a name search. 
Here all their information is accessible in one place.

Agency - this is where you can access Document Storage for our agency.

Things like the Employee Hanbook, Policies Emergency Procedures,  Etc..

This is where you can access everything  about a specific individual,

Documentation Record 
(Progress Notes)
Vital Signs 
Seizure logs 
 ADL’s
Adaptive Equipment logs Bowel tracking

Everything for documentation on our individuals in one place!

Scomm is the internal mail system within Therap

You access Scomm from the right side of your dashboard

Scomm looks and operates like most email systems

And is pretty self explanatory.

There are several differences and nice features. 
When composing an Scomm you will be required to choose what type of Scomm you want to send. 
A General Scomm DOES NOT contain ANY identifying information regarding ANY of our individuals.  
 These are for general communication within the agency.

Individual Care Scomm is encrypted and HIPAA compliant

In the Individual Care you can communicate freely about individuals and health concerns because of the HIPAA compliant encryption.

The third option is Therap Customer Support

As a general rule should you have issues using Therap we ask that you contact the office or the On-Call manager before ever sending an Scomm to Customer Support

This is where you will complete ALL your documentation on the individuals you care for.

When you click on the Individual Home Page

Your recent's will show up with a photo.

If you do not see the individual do a name search
Click on the individuals name to access their home page
This is where you will access your documentation
"1" Before the name means DSP documentation is required, click on new to begin
Several other features on the home page include
You will see upcoming Schedule appointments for the individuals

You can click on the blue link to see ALL information for the appointment.

Emergency Data 
click on the blue link
This form show all pertinent information for the individual all in one place, GREAT for emergency services.

Modules- Document Storage
has many important documents such as Dr. Orders, Guardianship, Identification card, documents regarding medical history, etc...

Event and Med Error reporting
Which will will be rolling out in the future. 
This will allow us to eliminate the paper reports and have a clear trail of responsibility in real time.

Health Tracking
This Module is VERY important as this is where we track all health related information such as vitals, bowel tracking, appointments, seizure logs, I/E, Special Diets etc..
