Take the cutleris that need to be wiped
Dip the cutleries in hot water for a few seconds
Then wiped the cutleries using wiping cloth
NAPKIN FOLDING STEP
Fold the napkin in a triangle shape
Lay the napkin in front of you
Fold the right corner up
Fold the left corner up 
Fold the bottom of the napkin up
And then fold it down 
Turn the napkin over
Tuck the right side to the left side
Tuck the left side to the right side
Stand it up
Fold down both sides of the napkin
The Crown napkin is done
GUEST HANDLING PROCEDURE  
Greet and welcoming the guest
Add Body Text
Then, host introduce table waiter to the guest
Invite guests in and assist them to the table 
Hostess greet and welcoming the guest with smile and good attitude
Also, ask for reservation
2. Perform seat taking 
The waiter offer the guest a chair to encourage them to seat

 Unfold the napkin first 
 Stand at the guest right hand side 
Placed napkin on the guest lap without touching any part of the guest's body
Ask the guest preference either they want warm or cold water
4. Perform Menu Presentation
Carry the menu on the flat of the left arm Open the menu to the guestPresent the menu to the guest and explain the menu as required by the guest
5. Perform taking order and giving suggestions
Ensure guest are ready to orderWaiter can give suggestion menu to the guestRepeat order to confirm
6.  Perform food and beverage serving
Serve foods from the right side of the guest
Serve beveragePour the drink into the cup while covering the cup with cloth

7. Perform table clearing
 Clear plate as soon as guest finished eat
Put the plate on the tray
Clean the crumbs on the table 
8. Perform bill handling 
Waiter show the bill to the guest
Guest pay the bill  
9. Express gratitude (thanks), perform clearing and table resseting 
Show guets the way to exit 
Assist the guest   
Lastly, say thanks with a smile
