Hello everybody. 
Hundreds of Starbucks partners from around the country, including right here in Maryland, are celebrating their graduation from Arizona State University.

Starbucks in a bold move has partnered with Maryland DORS to create the first ever Starbucks Retail inclusion academy.
This is a six-week partnership training program that will prepare students to work at a Starbucks store or another business partner in the retail/barista field.
This program includes classroom and on-the-job training and is taught by an instructor from the
Community College
of Baltimore County
Soft Skills training at WTC
Observation visits in different Starbucks retail store locations
At least 20 hours of Barista training led by a Starbucks Barista Trainer
THE SIX WEEKS CONSIST OF
Coffee Tasting and Networking
and Starbucks Partners Resources support throughout program as needed
