Inclusion

Hi my name is Dilva Aracely Ramos Gutiérrez student of the University Anáhuac Mayab, I'm coursing the subject of Social Responsibility and Sustainability
Let's get started!
Inclusion is the practice of providing equal access to opportunities and resources to all people.

It consist of giving this opportunities to all groups including the vulnerable groups, so they can have equal conditions as all the population 
Let's see this with an example...
Alex it's searching for job, he enters to a company and although he is the perfect person for the job, he is not hired because of his disabilities
Norms are helping to eradicate this but  we need to do more.
Making campaigns of inclusion and demonstrating everyone can developed in all parts

This situation happens a lot, but this is changing...
I think sometimes I haven't been inclusive like when I organize an event but I didn't think in the necessity of everyone but in others I have for example when I make part of my friends a person with disabilities that with the time she becomes one of my best friends
Everyone has pass a situation in which they haven't been inclusive
Althought this programs and institutions have helped a lot to create inclusion, we as persons need to put our efforts to change this 
Programs and institutions
My inclusion action is centered in companies, starting to giving the same opportunities of work to all people but also to have the adequate places for everyone no matter what. For example having wheelchairs ramps
