What is Engagement?
Engagement is a balance between:
The Teacher
The Content
The Student
Balanced Model for Optimal Learning
Optimal learning takes place when the teacher, the students, and the content overlap.

Show that you care by having a clean, orderly, and organized classroom with print rich resources.

Goal
A goal that I plan to commit to is building relationships with more of the students that visit the library.  I have made connections with many of the students, but there are still more students to make connections with.
