1. Information delivery
Career practitioner disseminates information to individuals using different tools and applications...
...and the idividuals receive the message to their smartphones for example.
2. One-to-one communication
The career practitioner discusses one-to-one with the individual using ICT.
They can discuss delayed using tools such as e-mail or in real time using tools such as chat.

They can discuss delayed using tools such as e-mail or in real time using tools such as chat.

3. Collaborative career exploration
The career practitioner steers the group to work and discuss together towards common learning goal and helps the group to achieve a goal.
For example to discuss and share experience or knowledge of worklife and different jobs.
Different collaborative tools can be used for this.

4. Co-careering
in which shared expertise and meaningful co-construction on career issues take place with and among community members (Kettunen, 2017)

Individuals discuss their future careers and share experiences and knowledge in social media.
The career practitioner can join the conversation if invited or wishes to participate and if he/she has tools.
But the practitioner doesn't lead the conversation.
