Why is vaping bad?!
InternationalWomen’s Day
According to our perspective, smoking and vaping harm the heart and lungs.
Evidence:

One of the biggest risk factors for stroke is tobacco use. Besides traditional cigarettes and combustible products, the use of e-cigarettes and electronic nicotine delivery products has been widespread among young adults in the recent era. Additionally, over the past ten years, vaping has become more popular.

Stroke is a common condition among vapers. Electronics are available to a lot of young people. Because vaping uses an electronic source, it is simpler to transport.
Evidence:
This study shows that e-cigarette use was more common among stroke patients who also had existing diseases such congestive heart failure, depression, and hypertension than among those who did not.
Congestive heart failure, which happens when smoke inhibits blood flow to the lungs, heart, and veins, is another factor besides strokes that can have a negative effect. Our public service announcement contains accurate information because vaping can raise the risk of heart failure. In order for us to successfully handle these symptoms, it also serves as a warning.

Teenagers vape more because it seems secure.
Good Evidence:
"While vaping may be less harmful than smoking, nicotine exposure in adolescence in particular may still have some worrying repercussions, including increased risk for developing mental disorders, impacts on brain development and cognition in later life, and priming for future substance dependence."
Young people who vape are more likely to be older, male, come from low-income or single-parent households, and have parents who use tobacco products.
