Let's begin with a brief
In a few words:
Inclusion is the act of embracing and involving diverse individuals and groups, fostering equality, respect, and belonging for all.
What is it for?
Inclusion consists of creating an environment that welcomes and values the diversity of individuals
Regardless who they are, where they are from, how they look or what they believe on
Well, now you know what is it, but...
have you been close to it?
If you have not, I will tell you a brief example
A situation where there is no inclusion of people in a vulnerable situation could be a company organizing a team-building event that exclusively caters to physically able-bodied individuals, neglecting the needs and participation of employees with disabilities.
Some inclusion proposal for this example are...
Assess venue accessibility.Choose adaptable activities.Raise awareness and promote empathy.Provide necessary accommodations.Train staff on disability inclusion.

yes, I have not felt included at some moments, like when I had a surgery and I found a lot of problems moving around the city.
... but in other moments I have felt very included, like when I came to live in Mexico City and I met a lot of lovely people that invited me to party and took me to know the city
I think...

Programs and institutions can play a significant role in generating inclusion, but it ultimately depends on their design, implementation, and commitment to inclusion principles.
Particularly in the actuarial field, a perfect example of inclusion is all the diversity of latin people working in the USA, they employ based in your ethics, not your ethnics.
