Here are 6 Habits to  that will improve your life!

Decide what you want to be or how you want to improve.

Seek out and be open to honest feedback from others

Make a plan and stick to it to go from where you are to where you want to be

Don't be afraid to fail!
When Taking Risk, know:

When a mistake happens . . .
1. Take ownership and admit what happened - don't blame someone else
2. Think: How can I solve or undo it to
 minimize the damage?
3. If you can, fix the mistake and move on.
4. If you can't, think how to avoid making the same mistake again, and move on.

Become aware of your strengths and do not be afraid to share them.

1. Building a Supportive Team instead of a competitive one.
2. Applauding or celebrating another’s success does not diminish your own.

Speak up for what is right. 
Do not shrink or allow things that are wrong to continue.
Defend your rights and the rights of others.
When you take a stand, think about:
- What is the desired outcome?  
- Who are the people who can support me in this effort?
- What price am I willing to pay to get this outcome?
Taking a Stand 
is an expression of your core values and is something we all should be prepared to do!
