Is this you?
Are you feeling pressured? Overbusy?
Stressed?

Are you rushing around & juggling tasks?
Feeling a bit stressed?
Burnt-out?
Do you feel like life lacks meaning?  
Are you suffering from sleepless nights? Waking early or struggling to get off to sleep?
Sleepless night mulling things over just causes stress and erodes resilience & wellbeing!!!

And try these 8 steps for positive change .....
Step 1: Get balance in your life !
Think.......what do I do?
How much time do I spend working?
What roles & responsibilities  do I have at home?
Do I have any time for my hobbies and friends?
What do I do for leisure?

Is this supporting my wellbeing?

Step 2: Start by thinking ....how do I spend my time?
Think..........Do you need to adjust that?
How much time do you spend working?
How much time do you spend with family? 
How much time do you spend on yourself?

Step 3: Slow the pace ........
Notice how you use your time
Manage your energy consumption
Try using fatigue management techniques
Review your rest activity/cycle
Do NOT multitask..................
You will be MORE effective and get more done if you focus on one thing at a time!

Step 4: Put meaning into your life.....
This is about doing things that are meaningful to you - something you enjoy doing for its own sake not because you HAVE to...............
Think.......
What do I enjoy doing?  
What am I passionate about?
What is meaningful to me?
How can I make time for those valued activities in my life?

Step 5: Calm the mind
There is a couple of things you can do here.................
Try meditation.....
Mindfulness....being present in the moment....
Focus on one thing at a time.........
Spend time doing the things you enjoy,,,,,,,
Walk in nature & be fully aware of it when you do............ 
Stop negative thinking & be positive .......

Step 6: Get plenty of sleep

Sleep is healing.
It is a very important restive & relaxing activity.........
It helps you feel well & to replenish your stores of energy........

The parasympathetic nervous system is active when we sleep.....
This helps to restore your balance & promote wellbeing.....

Step 7: Share the load
Look at all the tasks you carry every day and share them out with others........
It beats doing everything on your own........
