1. Absolutely!
   We are sorry about this and we agree that we have not been concentrating on the education side lately. Please email support@powtoon.com to get a full refund.

2. In practice, once you export a Powtoon you can use it freely. We keep a tight legal here because Powtoon is also used by many schools and we want the ability to un-list a Powtoon created in the case a student posts something against the school’s policy. There are other scenarios in which we would potentially need to take action. It is our goal and wish to empower our community to make great videos they can use to make their organizations better and we encourage the creative use of our services to that end. If you have a specific concern we would be very happy to address it. Please contact support@powtoon.com with any such question.

3. Absolutely! There is no conflict here. PowToon was designed to help people make promotional videos. Go for it!

4. Absolutely. We even have a classroom account just for that: http://www.powtoon.com/pricing/edu/

5. Yes. Agency accounts may distribute and sell the videos they make. Pro Users may use the videos for their own business needs.

6. Agency users can resell their PowToons and resell them, including monitization.

   1. Pro users can monetize the videos on YouTube, or only Agency users?

      1. We just changed our licensing terms. So If you already purchased you can.

7. I don’t think there is any problem with legality. The only thing is if you use a free PowToon our watermark will be shown at the end. You can still export it to YouTube normally it will just have our watermark. Also, you can chose our pay per export option if you just need a few videos where you don’t want our watermark. you can find that option on our pricing page powtoon.com/pricing

   1. Thanks jordana for the reply. If its not a legal issue than it wont be a problem for me to go with a animated ad having Powtoon watermark.

      1. No legality problem on our end. Be sure to share your presentation with us when you are done. We would love to see it and share it with our users. It’s a great way to get good exposure!
